Mail the Month report

Hello:

I face the problem: The Query automatic select the data of the past month. And user receive it with E-mail in schedule.

We stand on BW 3.5,I have constructed mail server.

Do I use the Report Agent to come true the function?

Or use the other the function module.

The other question: How to display the data of the past month in query automatic?

Exp: when we run query A in Apr and it display only Apr's data. And we run query A in May and it dispaly only the May's data by automatic.

Hi Zagory,

You can restrict 0CALMONTH in your query with a variable to display the data for current (0CMONTH) and use an offset to display data for previous month automatically, based on what your reqt is.

As you are on SAP BW 3.5 you could do it using BEx Broadcaster.
