Service self diagnosis cannot be reached

Hi guys,

in the transaction dswp, when i click on "self diagnosis" i got this message :

Service cannot be reached

What has happened?

URL http://aldesitg.aldes.local:8001/sap/bc/webdynpro/sap/dswp_sd_self_diagnosis call was terminated because the corresponding service is not available.

Note

The termination occurred in system SOL with error code 403 and for the reason Forbidden.

The selected virtual host was 0 .

What can I do?

Please select a valid URL.

If you do not yet have a user ID, contact your system administrator.

ErrorCode:ICF-NF-http-c:000-u:SAPSYS-l:E-i:aldesitg_SOL_01-v:0-s:403-r:Forbidden

When i go on my sld via a browser , i can't access to the part "administration", the message is :

You are not authorized to view the requested resource.

Details: No details available

Could someone help me to solve this problem ?

You need to activate the service in SICF first.

Thanks guys for you're answer.

I've done what you say, but it doesn't work yet...

Any other idea ?

I don't have a SLM (lifecycle manager) and maybe i have ton configure it to solve my problem?

Please check SAP Note 1073382 for self diagnostic problem.

For SLD, login with j2ee_admin user id should give you access to SLD Administrator view.

Hi

As Juan said you need to activate the services in SICF

Tcode SICF>services>default>sap->bc>webdynpro-->sap->dswp right click on each service and activate it
