ITS -Avoid Screen Refresh

Hi Experts,

Our client is using ITS to access R/3 through the WebGui.The issue what they are facing is the entire screen gets refreshes (Flickers) when the user move across tabs.I login to Product Master screen,update the product.On completion of the transaction we get "Successful logged off" message,on moving to other tab from the toolbar the current screen(Product Menu) get refresh and homepage of the Product Master screen returns.Please guide me as how to move about.Its very critical issue now.

Hi,

Have you define an ITS service to your transaction? Do you integrate it into a portal, using an iview?

You can use ITS service parameters (through SICF transaction) to customize your service. Try these:

~webgui = 1

~generatedynpro = 1

With ~singletransaction = 1, you can control how system finishes transactions.

You can also define an exit url to avoid "Logoff succesfully" page.
