Unable to Interpret SSO Ticket Recieved.

Hai ,

While working in ESS , I tried to create travel request. While creating i recieved Error message.

Error: System is Unable to Interpret SSO ticket recieved.

Kindly Help me out.

Hi,

Check the validity of SSO certificate (verify.der) at the backend system.

Hi ,

certificate has expired ,

it is resolved by generating the new certificate and importing into ecc system.

Hi,

Please check tha SSO is configured correclty & test is fine from both Portal & Back-end side.

Hi,

Please run the tcode SSO2 in back-end to check for any inconsistencies in the parameters set.

Please select RFC Destination as NONE (in caps ) & then execute.

Do let me know incase of issues.

Check the SSo configuration betwwen Ecc and your portal.

In portal Check the connection (JCO) ,system landscape and the portal certificate.
