Hi, I have quick question. I have a Proxy to Webservice scenario and I wonder if I need any sender Communication Channel for this.
I have
You can create CC with adapter type as XI...but no need....also no need to configure Sender Agreement.....CC & sender agreement needed when RFC is the sender...

Hi Sonnay,
If your proxy is at the sender side then there is no need to specify any communication channel as your SAP system itself has its own IE and that will directly interact with PI.
If it is at the receiver side, you need to create a communication channel, even in that case there wont be any conversion taking place and the purpose of comm channel in this case is to give the credentials of SAP system.
Search in SDN for ABAP Client & Server Proxy blogs by Siva for more informations.
Thanks & Regards,
Senthil.
