Hi all,

I used bottom-up scheduling for my project.I was up with a warning"Schedule despite incomplete Bottom up scheduling?".What could be the reason of this error?

I assume, you are using bottom-up forward scheduling.

Check the relationship you have defined & duratioon in activities.

In IMG settings, also check the control parameters for WBS scheduling. Ensure that you have chosen correct scheduling type & Scheduling method.

it is typically that you donot schedule the whole project, e.g. only a WBS, which result this warning. Please try schedule the whole project, and check, if the message still occurs.

Hi Chirald,

This warning message appears when the Network is incomplete and all activities are not given relationships together. Open network Graphic and check all network activities whether relationships are given or not.

Once all the activities are properly maintained with relatioinships, schedule again and still if you are getting the same message please revert back !!

check your settings for the scheduling.

check whether you have maintained the Project Start and End time
