Where to maintain Shipping instructions for Exports

Hi

Create a text id's in VOTXN for delivery header and maintain the shipping instructions here so that you have them printed on shipping instructions also

like

name of the exporter

country of destination

country of origin

mode of transport

No of packages

marks on packages etc as per your client requirement

You can use special delivery insturctions in sales item text or delivery item text (text ID ZP06).

In MM02 --> Sales text, maintain the required instructions which you can copy into the shipping documents.
