PO Changes in SRM

Hi Gurus,

As per my understanding PO can be changed in R/3 even after doing the GR.

Can we change the PO in SRM once the confirmation (GR in backend) is done. Will the change will be refelected in the backend PO.

Hi

After GR, you can do changes except the following

1. You cannot delete item

2.You cannot change account assignment data (service order exception)

3. You cannot reduce po qty less than gr qty.

All the other changes you do are transmitted to backend.
