If an employee attempts to submit a leave request for Personal Leave, they are getting error message HRTIM00REC 014 "Not enough quota for attendance/absence type", even if there is sufficient quota available. The issue occurs when the employee also has a different absence quota (e.g. Annual Leave) that is in negative balance.
In searching through notes and messages, we have found the following statement:
The Leave request does the recalculation
of the absence Quota deduction and check for any hard error or
warnings for this pernr pending and throws it when you request an
absence not necessarily tied to this Quota. To make sure that the
Leave request is consistent, it has to throw all the errors.

Can we please get clarrification/resolution around this, as this is becoming quite an issue for us.
