does cycle count in IM at storage location level for serialized material allow the entry of serial numbers when enetering the count?

Kiran,

If your material carries a serial no. profile that has a serialization attribute of mandatory, then yes once you enter the count and hit enter, it will ask for serial nos. to be entered as well.
