We have a synchronization BDoc object dependent on CAPGEN_OBJ_WRITE SBDoc.
We no longer need replication of the dependent object.
Does anyone know the process or steps involved to delete the dependent object.
We do not want to delete capgen_obj_write and recreate it again and affect all the publications and subscriptions assigned to it. There got to be a better way to do this.
We are on CRM v 3.0.
Looking for help from the experts here.
Regards
Haseeb
The standard way is the deletion & recreation of the replication object. If you want to avoid the deletion of all related publications en subscriptions, you can disbale the flow context of the dependent object. Remove the replication and realignment function from the flow context of the dependent object.
--> This way, the object dependency remains, but data is no longer synchronised to MSA, only to the CDB.
