Administator password is not working on Portal.

Quick question-

We just installed the NW 2004s Portal on the Windows 2003 Platform

The Adminsitator password is locked and we can not log into the portal

to do the post installation activities.

Is there anyway we can change the password for Administrator user?

Anything else we can do to login to the portal?

This is NOT Dual stack,.This is on only JAVA.

Srini,

I was able to login with the SAP* and unlock and change the password for Administrator user.

I deactivated super user sap* at Config tool and restarted Jave Engine.

II tried to login with Administrator but still getting message

"authentication failed".

Is there any think addtional that I need to do.
