why we need da_control in addition to ADK?

I think that whatever ADK is enough for the data archiving.

What is the reason SAP puts a da_control there?

Especially for CRM and ECC, t-code da_control is different. For ECC there are much less cross- archiving-object programs Why?

Some docs or links about how to use da_control is appreciated.
