Please let me know the Standard SAP table where XI payload data ( not headers, application data like Invoice No,Delivery No )has been stored

SAP PI doesnt store payload in an XML format.

You will not have the payload information stored in transparent tables.
The information will be in raw format in tables like SXMSPMAST , which would not be easy to read.
If you want a Content based search, then you can try this blog.

go to se16 and give table name as sxms*,you can get all the tables there
