External debugging is not working

Have anyone one came across this situation? I am unable to do external debugging. Is there any

solution for this?

Solved. It was issue with load balancing.

Hi,

Go To settings->breakpoints->Activate the External debugger

or

Sometimes for that user, the basis team will set limit for break-point, if this crosses the limit then your break-point will not trigger.
