Project Archiving

Hi Experts,

I am configuring a job to archive projects in PS.

How can I set the job to activate the delete indicator in every project that has deletion flag set? In the same way, I want to archive every project that has the delete indicator set.

Could you please provide some guidance in this subject?

I found out the answer to my question.

If you don't flag the project for archival, it cannot be archived. Therefore, I can run the process over all projects and only the ones marked for deletion will be archived.

What I need to know is that there is a way to archive all the projects marked with deletion flag without specifying project number.

Go to CN81 and create a variant and set the deletion flag on projects.

Go to CN82 and create archive files using the same data and possibly delete.

You can also see the archive files using CN83.

So to answer your question, you can do that in CN82.
