Release credits via V.23

Currently user has the abitlity to issue credits via VA01 and release credits via V.23 on blocked accounts. Please advise if SAP will allow a threshold/limit to release from V.23 up to example 5K.

Hi Vamsi,

Its possbile if you are in ECC6.0 Version. Here you have some Implicit enhancement points, where we can put a check to consider only those orders with the value less than 5K.

If you are any other verisons,

Copy the program to Z program and add the code in the form.

FORM XM_VMVAD_ANZEIGEN.

In this form delete the orders which has value more than 5K.

Then you report only shos the orders with the value less than 5K and user can release them.
