Sales Order Creation

Hi,

When i am trying to create a Sales Order i am getting this error "Field KOMKD-HIENR01 is not known for Condition Access", Can you guys please let me know how to resolve this issue.

Hi Vijay,

HIENR01 is custome hierarchy1. But this field does not exist in the structure KOMKD.

Please check your requirements. formulae, alternate calculation types (All pricing routines) whether you have any customer hierarchy as a criteria.

Please also check any custom routines are developed on this field as base.
