Physical files in DMS

Hie Gurus

I have a requirement that i'm failing to handle here. Is it possible to use SAP DMS to manage physical files, like as a file tracking system. Someone would want to use DMS to track file using barcodes. What i want to under stand is that does sap DMS support this, if yes, were can i get reading material on this and how is it implemented.

u can install Trex, this is serch engine, u have to configure this according to ur requirement.
