Hi Varadha,

Go to

SAP Customizing Implementation Guide -> SAP Utilities -> Customer Service -> Process Execution -> Disconnection/Reconnection.

Here you can find the settings for Disconnection.

Hi Varadha,

Event R720, as mentioned by John A is a FQEVENT only.

You can use this event to trigger a reconnection in the case of a disconnection.

Please have a look at this event.
