Reverse the stock

Hi,

I am doing goods receipt process.

1. i created purchase order for material x

2. with reference to PO in MIGO transaction i did goods receipt

3. in WM side stock posted into 902 interim storage area

4. from there using lt06 i kept the stock in destination bin..

5. Transfer Order also confirmed.

Now I want to cacel the TO. I mean i want reverse the stock back. reason may be anything.

Is it possible to reverse the stock back in WM.

If possible give me the steps for this

Hi,

Many times it has been discussed on this forum that you can cancel TO:

- if it is not confirmed in trx LT15 (this is a real cancellation)

- if it is confirmed it can be cancelled via LT0G - only for outbound / inbound deliveries [this is a new TO with opposite movements]

- in other cases you CANNOT cancel a TO

Your confirmed TO from 902 to normal bin cannot be cancelled in standard system. You have to use LT01 / LT10 (manual process) and create a new TO.

Hi Hari Krishna ,

Try to reverse the Material Document through 102 Mvt Type , automatically subsequent steps will follow.

How the stock will get reverse in WM? If we reverse the material document using 102 movement type stock in WM will remain the same.

A TR will be created for a Inv .Mgmt ( Material ) document.

TR to be converted to TO and confirmed .
