NWDW Installation Secure Key error

I am currently in the process of installing Netweaver Developer Workplace , MAXDB on windows machine..

I am getting an error at step 20 - Create Secure store..

ERROR 2008-04-22 00:49:18

CJS-30050 Cannot create the secure store; see output of log file SecureStoreCreate.log: SAP Secure Store in the File System - Copyright (c) 2003 SAP AG

AND WHEN I LOOK IN SecureStoreCreate.log file, I get

Has anyone seen this error?

I am sorry. This was a long time ago. I am not sure what the fix was. Let me keep checking and will update if I find something.
