catalog content management configurational error

hai ,

i configured cat,cse in one client and ebp in other client.while calling search engine from shopping cart the system throws a page like below one.

Hi,

Have you correctly defined the call structure? Remember the client to be populated in the call structure should be the client where the CCM catalog resides. Also, the catalog id must match that of the published catalog in the CCM client, maybe paste the call structure in here so we can see how it looks.
