Hi I want to display my orgstructure when I search for an user
in Company
Company code
Depaterment
porg
pgroup
user
like the above to get this what I need to do .

Go to transaction PPSS there you search for an evaluation path to give you all of the information.
If this one doesn't exist you can make your own in OOAW
You can also use report RHINFT00.

hi invert only possible while do search via user.
or search company code first and you can dril dow till your user.
