Hello Dinesh,
1)
I am not aware of any specific files which should be in home directory fo sdb user
what exactly is in you other server in this directory ? what files ?
-> indeed you can have xuser data there but this should not cause the problems you have
2) x_cons command output ?????

Hi Ivan,
After running the commands which you suggested me i am able to start the live cache(though it took 1 hour to start), but problem related to DBM Gui still persist, GUI is getting hang every time when i am trying to used it ,
it is only showing system details when i am clicking on cancel button, which is quite strange,
Thanks,
Dinesh

Hello
1) if the issue is critical I would realy recommend SAP message
2) from x_server log it looks like some network issue, check the network between SAP an LC server
3) can you start liveCache instance from dbmcli command from liveCache server ?
try
dbmcli -d <SID> -u control,<password> db_state
dbmcli -d <SID> -u control,<password> db_admin
dbmcli -d <SID> -u control,<password> db_online
if the issue is related to x_server (and netwrok) , you should still be able to start/stop livecache from
local host with dbmcli
if you have problem to start/stop LC also from localhost(dbmcli) then forget about x_server log and check
knldiag logs
also try
x_cons <SID> sh ac
Regards
Ivan
