Hi All,
We have done EHP1 upgradation in our development solution manager system(7.0). while creating a Service Desk ticket in the development system we face the error "Because of error 513, no message was created in Support Desk System". We searched the OSS notes 1261046 and found everything is correct. Can some one please tell how to fix this issue.

Hi - This is a common issue. Did you try searching on this forum for the solution? There are multiple threads where It has been resolved many times.
