User Exite for EL28

Hi Dear Experts,

I want to use a User Exit when executing the T code EL28 , I tray this extension EDMFOLUP but it's works after the first screen.

Can anyone helps me to find the appropriate User Exit that works in the initial screen of EL28 T code ?
