Service desk config. - Send-To-SAP is problem

I have configured service desk part in our Solman system.

I tried send message to SAP but getting following error.....

Job started

Step 001 started (program AI_SC_REFRESH_READ_ONLY_DATA, variant , user ID SOLMANADMIN)

No destination for SAP customer number 219611

No destination for SAP customer number 377474

No destination for SAP customer number 1036379

No system headers will be generated in SMSY from SAP Support Portal

The following error messages have been returned by SAP Support Portal:

User S0006321131 - "Maintain System Data" authorization not found for installation number 0020078057

User S0006321131 - "Maintain System Data" authorization not found for installation number 7120033690

User S0006321131 - "Maintain System Data" authorization not found for installation number 7120050324

User S0006321131 - "Maintain System Data" authorization not found for installation number 7120050326

Installation number 000INITIAL not found

Automatic distribution of license data deactivated

Please help me if any one know.

Hi-

Try checking to see if your S-User has the authorization (within the SAP Marketplace) to create OSS Messages.
