Change Email Subject in offline approval's email reply

Hello,

I got a requirement to change the offline approval's email reply's subject line?. ie) say when the user clicks on 'approve by email', email opens with subject line '#EBP_GEN_REPLY# Approval of the work item', i want to add SC # in the subject line. Anyhow has worked on such requirement,pls reply back.

Also, would like to know, how the email is been composed ( including subject and content ), when the user clicks on link 'Approve by email', how the mail content ( #WFTECHINFOS#00F3D1395134D34D34D36D7CEF5F41512DB5DB5FBE#WFTECHINFOE#You can then enter an approval note.#NOTM# ) is been generated??

There's a badi for program RBBP_NOTIFICATION_OFFAPP called BBP_OFFLINE_APP_BAD.

This Badi is well documented in SAP there you can change practically anything you want for the mail.

Hi,

Check program RSWUWFMLEC which is used to send mails. You can try making a copy of this and modify the texts as desired.

We are using SRM 5.0 system. We are using RBBP_NOTIFICATION_OFFAPP report to send mails. Just wanted to know, how do we pass SC# in the subject of the mail?

Hi Paris,

Please check the perform create_decision_links in the report " RBBP_NOTIFICATION_OFFAPP ".

The links for approve/reject will be created in this perform.To be very precise please check the line number 2365 in the report,subject for the return mail will be concatenated here.

try to add the sc number and check if it works....
