How sipment type and transportationplanning points get connecting ?

In std SAP is there any assigment is there?

Hi,

It needs to be done in SPRO > LE > TRANSPORTATION > INTERFACES > TP POINT DETERMINATION.

here its assigned to your combination of shipping point and shipment type. Also this transportation planning point is to be defined and assigned to your co code in your definition drop down of enterprise structure.

In a simple term : Transportation Planning Point is an organizational unit in Logistics for planning and processing transportation activities.It basically organizes the responsibilities in a company according to, for example, shipment type, mode of transport, or regional departments.

In SPRO settings under Transportation Planning Point Determination node you have to assigne Shipping point and Shipment type to Transportation planning point.
