Sales Orders are created with reference to PO and Item no

Hi all ,

I have a scenarion where in all my sales order line need to have the reference to the Purchase order line items

Say for Ex : Sales Order line Item 10 wr to PO Line Item 10 .

In which table i can find the relevance ?

I dont know whether i understood ur question correctly or not, but let me guess:

You want Sales order's Line item which are linked to POs line item...... YOu can find detail in VBAP table.

But how u can create Sales order with reference to ;purchase order in SAP?? PO comes from Customers system..... rt?

ya Raja ,

Po comes from the customer system .i need to create the Sales Orders in my system with his PO No and Line Item as reference .

I need to keep updating the info for the ordered items.

my requirement is if has 10 line item in a PO i should create a sales order with 10 line Items

and my sales order in SAP should have this relevance , this is my requirement.

Ok Sridhar,

If you are entering the order manually, Then u can achieve this by going to VA01 : sales order creation screen.

Then After entering each line item, double click the line item and click on purchase order tab, There you can maintain the details......
