Creation of change request ZCR1 and ZCR2 from the support message

Hi Experts

I am working on SolMan 4.0, I have two different process flow for change request. So I have created two transaction type for change request ZCR1 & ZCR2. I like to create the change request from the support message.

I have maintained the entry in DNO_CUST04 transaction as "ZCR1". If i trigger the action "Create change request - 1" from the support message, it is calling the transaction tyep ZCR1.

In other case i want to create the ZCR2 from the support message. what i have to do?

hi,

you can do this via the customizing menu Define mapping rules for copy control

follow the following path in spro

Solman

Scenario specific setting

change management

extended configuration

change transaction

change transaction types

copy control for change req mgt

Define mapping rules for copy control

there you can define the target document type depending on different parameter

you just have to change the line with SLFN <> <> <> on the right side (scrolling on right) you have the target document type ZCR2

in this case change request created from message will have this type (you can create as many as you like if you have different selection parameters)

Hi,

If I am not mistaken you are trying to create 2 personal types to replace the standard SDCR, in this case, I think the mechanism can only allow 1 Z type and not 2.
