how to change the Authentication Mode - SAP Community

Hi,

i installed with "windows Authentication mode". Now i want to change to "Mixed mode authentication ".

How to convert from windows to Mixed mode ?

I´ve the same doubt. There are any problem to change the authenticacion mode from "windows Authentication mode" to "mixed"??

Hi Ruben,

I have done it a couple of times. No problems at all - other than restarting SQL Server for Mixed Mode to take effect. Why don't you just test it on a sandbox system or your dev system? That's the technical side of the question - security is another issue.
