Printing output without the need of having a output condition in document

Hi,

We currently having the case that auditors need to print out invoices (RD00) for some IV documents where there are no ouput conditions triggered.

You can go to VF02 and create the condition record and then print it, but the requirement here is that those people are not allowed to use the VF02 transaction. Only VF03.

Is there a possibility to do a issue-> output to screen without having a condition record in the invoice (or document).

Thanks!

Hi,

We are creating the condition record in VV31 T.code but not in VF02.

Without maintaining the condition records also you can trigger this output type.

Goto VF02 T.code.

Enter your invoice number.enter.

Goto Header-->output.Maintain yopur output type here.

Medium as 1.Click on further data.

Maintain the despatch time as 4.

Save.

Krishna.

Hi, we do not want to create a condition record. As these are IV documents, they are not printed. Only auditors want to see the contents. As there is no output condition record created for this document type, you can not print the output in VF03. This is only possible to create the output in the invoice, but we do not want to grant VF02 for security reasons.

Hi,

If output was created and condition records were maintained then only the ouput will trigger the Billing document automatically.

Without the condition records you can maintain manually but only in VF02. But as you said user dont have the access to VF02, it is not possible to see the preview of the document in

BILLING DOCUMENT->ISSE OUTPUT--->PRINT PREVIEW.

Hi Peter,

Then those of you, who have VF02 authorisation show them the print preview for those of which they wanted to check or see

That's indeed the solution that they ask someone with VF02, but I was wondering if there was an option to do this without.
