material created and is extend in two plants but when i trying to STO it's saying the material doen'st exis and not activated.... where is the bottleneck

Are you creating the STO between two plants of the same company code or two different company codes (inter company stock transfer)?

You should extend the material for both the plants and then do the STO

But i've copied the material from one plant to another plant taking in to tconsieratation of the same sales area, is it good enough or need to do something more

Hi,

When u created material? if its the day later than the day fir which u are creating STO, it will give error. i.e. if u created material Today and trying to create STO on previous date.

Secondly check wheher u have maintained the stting in OMS2.

Thanks for your respose,

I've created a material in one plant and checked with Mb52 and then extend the same material to another plant mainted the sales area for STO in another plant also and then checked in MB52 it was showing the material

but when i tried creating a PO for STO it's saying the material doesn't exist and cannot be extended
