well this is urgent and important.

I want some notes in SAP Basis.If u can help me with the following points, it will be great help:

1. How to assign a transaction to user,like if i wanna assign a transaction say SM13 to any user how will i do it?

2. How to assign a role to a user?

3. How to see what transactions come under a particular role

I hope u can help with these things.

Hi Rohit,

Answer for question 1 & 2 :

Create a role using tcode PFCG -> give role name Z_SM13 ->

add tranx SM13 -> save and generate.

go to tranx su01 -> type the required user name -> click

on roles tab -> attach the role z_sm13 and save.

Answer to question 3:

use tranx SUIM -> explode all the nodes of the tree -> find a node which show all tranx for a role.
