how to do PGI for non saleable products

Hi friends,

Pls help me in this scenario..

we have to dispose scraps which are non saleable. what is the procedure to create a document so that we will be able to move the scraps out of the company.

Hello

You can create a Dummy customer and create a sales order and process the scrap with Free of charge Item Category, so that there will be no impact on pricing and billing part.

Also there will be material document created at the time of PGI for the scraps.

1) Material type should be FERT with no MRP views but to maintain Sales, Accounting and Costing views.

2) Seperate pricing procedure for scrap sales with a condition type for Tax Deducted at Source

3) Seperate storage location should be created for scrap yard

4) As and when scrap is generated, create a sale order based on the available stock, do delivery and invoice.

Hi,

Go to T.code MIGO transfer the stock with movement type 551 ( Unrestricted to Scrap) to dispose the scrap.

May by creating a dummy sales order delivery and proforma invoice you can remove the scrap.
