Autofill feature is not working in one of my users client. I tried the following options
Options ->local data- > history on
Options -> quick info -> on
In SAP login screen -> user defined -> advanced -> low connection ( not selected)
Reinstalling the SAP Client
further, the 2 MDB files (SAPHistory<username>.ldb) are not created in his PC with the SAP installation.
I tried the above options and still the auto filling is not working for me.
Please help me on fixing this issue.
Hello Thanuras,
Please follow these things:
- Check that is there any contents created in SAPWorkDir directory.
- If there then delete all the contents and try to start SAPgui again.
- please check the path in Options.
if all the things doesnot work then please create a new folder and assign that folder under
Options -> Local Data -> Directory of local data.
Thanks
