Messages not processed but already in archive

hi masters,

i have a problem regarding XI transfer. I passed 10 text files in my FTP folder. Most of them were processed, archived and was posted in SAP as IDOC. But some were just archived. How can I solve this inconsistency? I already checked my comm channel and there's nothing wrong with it. please help.

adjusted polling interval from 60 to 600 secs

Did you check Communication channel Monitor , and didn't exit error ??

It may,, one channel process 5 files per polling.

5 thread is default setting for one channel processing. maybe..

5 files per polling? there are 15 files i think that was being processed. I set the polling interval to 60 secs. Should i set it to 600?
