How to activate infostructure for SARI?

I go to SARI and try to pull up the infostructure for SD_VBAK.

However I get the message:

No info structure found for selection.

Same message is also given for many other archiving objects.

How to fix this?

Hi Christy,

Here is how you do it:

Goto transaction SARI-> Customizing->choose the infostructure->menu archive infostructure -> activate

you could choose from the standard infostructures provided by SAP for various objects.

After you activate the infostructure, you need to fill the infostructure. for this do the following

SARI->Status->choose the archive object->Status per Archive -> choose the archive session->Fill structures.

You could also choose 'Status per infostructure' and fill structures, but this will have a long run time if you have a lot of archive sessions. so i suggest to try this on a single archive session to start with, then you can fill the other infostructures based on the test.
