PO Originator Name to be changed - The User left the organization

Hi is there is any program to replace all PO's (SRM - EXtended Classic) from "User1" as the originator to "User2". "User1" left the company & we have become aware that some of our suppliers are receiving rejections for invoices against "User1" Originator PO's that he opened.

Hi,

When a user left the organization, we should not remove this user from SU01.

Instead we can lock the user in SU01 or remove the user from the Position

assignment via PPOMA_BBP. Try to create a user (with the same userid which is deleted) in SU01 and lock the user, hope this will allow other users to process the document.

Hi,

There is no std program available.You need to write a custom program to update all the required PO's(ones which have User1 as the originator).
