While trying to import request DB**** from Development to our Quality system it is giving us the error:

Authorization Check failed: S_TCODE with parameters TCD SICF
Error when activating DataSource ZI_PEOPLE_DETAILS WEBSERVICE.

Errors occurred during post-handling RS_AFTER_IMPORT for RSDS L
The errors affect the following components:
BW-WHM (Warehouse Management)
