WEBGUI and Web Dynpro

Dear Experts,

i use web gui with web dynpro to display an SAP system in the browser.

This works fine.

My Questions are:

1. How can i access an transaction like SE38 directly ? I mean i enter the link

in the browser, then login to the system and see se38 directly ?

2. is it possbile to enter transactions in the display like i can in SAP GUI ?

The Link web Dynpro created is the following:

http://..../sap/bc/webdynpro/sap/z_net_webgui_test?sap-client=010&sap-language=DE

What extension do i need to get directly to the transaction ?
