Two Cumulative KFs in One Column

Hi,

Is it possible to show 2 or more different totals of different KFs (like amount,carry over) in the same column ?

The report will contain only 2 rows which will be total of these 2 values.

you can but tell me whether they are in same currencies or not and also tell how they are derived before adding them. If possible tell me the design in detail.

They are having the same currencies.

One is the value from the parent node in a ProfitCenter Hierachy for the year 1006.

The second row is the Carryover amount for the previous 3 years.

So there will only be 2 rows and 2 columns finally.

Hi,

Well I understand now,

In Row1 you want to display the TOTAL COMPANY US values

and in Row2 you want to display Carry forward bal. But yu see that it is not possible to dispaly in a single column right? Then we have two options. One is going for a work book and the other is cell definitions.

In the cell definitions try creating a new selection in the cell of column one for carryforawrd bal and restrict relevant ones. Regarding workbook I think you know well.

Create a structure in the rows and add two restricted keyfigures one for the TOTAL COMPANY US and another for the CARRYOVER to that structure. Do not enter anything in the columns. Leave columns completly blank.

Does that solve your problem or I understood it in a wrong way?

Is there anyway to insert blank rows in the report between a set of rows just useful in differentiating records?
