Hi all,
I want to use load a specific printer driver, because the printer doesn´t show any box or shadow.
How can I load the driver?

check with SPAD transaction,configure.

yes u can do it.
go to the t.code spad and configure there.
Basically just assign the IP of the printer and make sure LOCL.
