Exiting the web interfaces, Locking the data

Hi all,

My planning web interfaces are availble in portal.

It's obvious to have the layout locked if user doesn't click on "Exit". But not all the users are IT-savy !

It ends up in annoying situation for user.

It keeps the layout locked even if he loggs out of portal.

How do we handle the situation in better to enforce "exit"

Hello Subir,

please check note 899926. Also make sure you are using the a current support package and the new design for your web interface (the one based on HTMLB).

These web interfaces are available in EP.

Do you know is there any workaroud to exit the web application by default ? Or to remind the user for exiting ?
