Data transfer problem in BW

Dear all,

BW system is extracting data from R3 system.

Steps:-

1. BW process chain starts for extracting data from R3.it will schedule a

background job in R3.

2. IDOCs are created in R3 by this job

3. These IDOCs are transferred via tRFC (tcode SM58) to BW system

4. The queues are lying In the outbound queue(SM58) of R3, and

scheduler runs every 60 seconds to send data from R3 to BW

Problem : Schedular is not sending data and the Idocs are in 03

Status (checked in BD87) lying in queue.

Temporary solution:We find out which process chains are not executing and manually executing corresponding LUWs in Tcode SM58.

Can somebody hint how to sort out this issue.

What exact error message you are getting when you go to BD87.
