SAP_All in Display mode

can i provide SAP_All profile access in display to any user ? if yes , please let me process to create it.

Dear Andrew,

If you are assigning SAP_ALL display only role to any user, make sure that he has only that role.

And other role with change authorization, will allow user to change.

Your best bet is to copy the roles from SAP Note 1154550 into your own name space and tune them a bit - particularly if you are assigning all the DISPLAY ones to one user at the same time.

Hi Andrew ,

You need to create the role manually for SAP_ALL display .

You will have to give the activity field display ( value 03 ) only in all the objects.

Theres no standard role for SAP_ALL display... If you need one you'll have to create it.

Best shot is to create a new role and use SAP_ALL template.

That been said I don't think is a good idea to give full display rights to a user.

We can use the profile S_A_SHOW for all display authorizations for the basis module.
