Can someone help me in getting Service Desk Configuration Guide/Documents for Solution Manager 4.0.

I serached in Market Place and could not find.

IMHO please proceed to service.sap.com/rkt-solman ---> version 7 and look out for the CCC and sevice org category

A list of scenarios with STEP BY STEP tutorials are fully availble to guide you too

SAP does not provide an external Configuration Guide for Standard Service Desk, because it's integrated in SolMan.

Please go through the steps in Configuration Guide (IMG, transaction SPRO) in your SolMan system.
