cancellation of cancelled invoice

Hi,

I have done one invoice and then cancelled that invoice.

Now i am want to cancel the cancelled invoice document. How to do that.

Hello,

In standard SAP system, when a process is done then you have the option of cancelling the same

process like after you have created an Invoice in VF01, you have options of cancelling the same invoice

in VF11 considering all the business requirement of client. You cannot cancel the cancelled document

i.e. an invoice here. The best and simple way is to create an invoice once again.

Hi,

We cannot cancel the cancelled invoice.

You have to create anew one and if you want to cancel then it should be done by using either VF02/Vf11 T.Codes.

If the clearing has already done then cancel/reverse the clearing documnet by using FBRA T.Code.

Hi Friend,

You cant cancel the invoices which were cancelled already.

All the postings in the accounting document would have reveresed (like Entries aer debited and credit)

So you have to create a new Billing document with reference to the Delivery.

Once the invoice gets created , Bank accout dr to customer and once the invoice gets cancelled, customer dr to bank, there is no meaning in cancelling the cancelled invoice.

Cancelling the cancelled invoice is not possible. You need to create a fresh invoice only.
